Vanuatu Citizenship by Investment
The Development Support Program (DSP) is Vanuatu's flagship citizenship-by-investment route: a single government contribution, no residency requirement, and among the fastest processing times in the world.
What Is the Vanuatu DSP Programme?
The Vanuatu Development Support Program allows eligible individuals and their families to obtain citizenship through a single, non-refundable contribution to the Government of Vanuatu, rather than years of residency or naturalization. Funds raised support national infrastructure and development projects. In exchange, approved applicants and their dependents receive full Vanuatu citizenship and a passport, typically within 30–60 days of a complete, correctly documented application.
Unlike many second-passport routes, the DSP programme does not require you to visit Vanuatu, pass a language test, sit an interview, or purchase real estate. The entire process can be completed remotely, which is why it appeals particularly to busy professionals and business owners across the UAE, UK, USA, Australia and Canada.
